The Heartland Big Horn 3970RD Four Season Unit is easy to set up with the six points hydraulic level up auto leveling system. This unit has one of the largest heated and cooled basements in its class with more than enough room to bring along everything you’ll need for your home away from home adventures.

We bought this beautiful 2017 Heartland Big Horn 3970RD brand new at the end of 2016. We had it transported directly from the dealership to our ranch in Anza, CA where it was parked and stored under a snow load roof the entire time. We took off the tires and secured it in place. We never used the Big Horn for travel. My wife and I lived in the fifth wheel on the weekends so we could work on remodeling our barn into a home. We had no pets and are non-smokers. The Big Horn features five slide outs, high ceilings, two ducted air conditioners, forced air heating, propane furnace, and on demand hot water system. The unit sleeps six comfortably.

Den/Living Room: The den sleeps four utilizing the two-fold out couches. We had a custom desk made for working which can be easily switched out for the foldout couch; you receive both. There are side by side recliners w/heat and massage, plenty of storage cabinets, and a ceiling fan. You can enjoy watching T.V. on the newer 50” flat screen T.V. while cozied up by the electric fireplace. When not in use, the T.V. can descend into the T.V. cabinet with a click of a button. There is plenty of overhead storage cabinets for supplies.

Kitchen: Features a center island with double sink, plenty of storage cabinets, 7 ft pantry, Norcold side by side refrigerator [3-way], Westwood Vision propane stove, High Point Microwave Oven, plenty of counter and storage space.

Dining area: Features a dropleaf table with two chairs and plenty of windows.

Bedroom: Features a queen size memory foam bed with large storage underneath, built in wood dresser draws with shelving, built in chest of drawers, a 30” Insignia TV, mirrored closet doors, safe in closet, a rechargeable portable Dyson stick vacuum w/charging station, and washer/dryer hookups.

Bathroom: Features one of the largest showers you’ll find in an RV, a porcelain toilet, a single sink with medicine cabinet, plenty of storage, and an exhaust fan with rain guard.

Outside Under Storage: Features easy flip-up access from both sides of coach to a large storage area underneath which can hold all supplies you need for your journeys.
