Main bed has real queen matress, folds into couch with storage beneath. Wardrobes, counter tops, drawers and reading lights on either side of bed. Draw curtain for privacy

Bunks fold up to wall providing storage for bikes, chairs, barbeques, etc., accessible from exterior by large lockable storage door. Bunk area has wardrobe and vanity access to bath. Shower has upgraded head / ceramic commode. Unique floor plan allows large private area to dress after showering.

Trailer is equipped for year-round camping. All tanks are uniquely enclosed and heated in the undercarriage. Fresh water tank is 45 gals, both black and gray water tanks are 40 gals and hot water tank is 6 gals. All windows have snap on covers to avoid heat loss during winter. All windows have both day and black out curtains for nighttime privacy.

Comfort assured via A/C unit, roof vents, fantastic fan in front and fanned ventilation in bath. There is a 25,000 BTU furnace. All windows in Kitchen, dinette, sleeping and bunk areas are screened and crank open for ventilation but block rain; both the front and rear entry doors equipped with locking screens.

Exterior of trailer has electric jack and LED lights in front and 4 manual stabilizers at each corner. A huge storage area at the front of the trailer is accessible from each side with a large sliding drawer for easy storage for all tools and accessories. Another large storage area is at the bottom of the slide out. There is separate storage compartment for waste tank draining equipment on the front roadside of the trailer and an external wash station/shower at the rear.

Roof has one of best warrantees in the industry. All seams around vents, skylights, fans and solar panels are sealed with Eternabond to minimize regular caulking maintenance
