Description
THE CAMPER IS SOLD as of 2/17/23. I'LL TAKE DOWN THIS LISTING ONCE THE CAMPER IS PHYSICALLY GONE
----------------------------------------------
2020 Lance 1172 Truck Camper (truck not included). This is Lance’s flagship & largest model, with two slide-outs, a recliner sofa, large windows, spacious interior, and much more. We bought this new, less than 3 years ago, but it’s bigger than we like, so we just downsized to a smaller camper that suits our lifestyle better. This is a true 4-Season camper with heated compartments and double pane windows, and whose other main features include:
- 14’ Powered Side Awning, plus awnings over both slideouts
- Onan 2500 Watt Propane Generator
- 10K low-profile wall-controlled AC
- 20K BTU forced-air furnace
- 250 Watts of Solar Panels
- Wireless rear view Camera System
- 28” LED TV, integrated with sound system
- Microwave, 3-way fridge, 3-burner gas stove/oven, and 2-way water heater
- Fantastic roof vent w/thermostat
- Factory-installed roof rack
- 3 Skylights
- Plenty of storage
- Outside shower
- Electric camper jacks w/dually brackets
- New, never-used (still in original package), Queen size mattress (moved from our new camper)
- ONE brand new deep cycle marine battery (moved from our new camper)
- I added a front window, a large wall cabinet in the bathroom, and some other upgrades
- The original entry steps got damaged, so I modified the steps from a cassette system to a removable scissor step system (lower-profile and added adjustability).
- Bunk bed with child restraint
- Bedroom privacy screen
OTHER NOTES:
- The camper is in excellent condition and has been well maintained. It has been kept under a carport roof for about half the time we’ve owned it (we bought it in May 2020). All equipment works, and I just inspected the roof seals – everything looks good.
- This includes only the camper - you will have to provide your own tiedowns and any other hardware to connect the camper to your truck.
