Title is free and clear of any Liens. This camper has served us well! There are no issues with this motorhome. It is is great shape and has alway been taken care off. The reason we are selling is due to the fact that we own a couple other motorhomes and are downsizing out "fleet". This is a joy and makes for such an easy and spontanius getaway. We have hd camping weekend in this motorhome with 2 adults and 2 kids aged 5 and 2 so it can easyily be used with a family with little kids. This unit has added remote controlled Max Air units. The hot water is hot and everything works perfectly. This motorhome has been stored inside and is currently inside.
