***PRICE REDUCED*** We have enjoyed this reliable and comfortable coach--we know the next owners will make lots of good memories in it as well! New wood laminate flooring was installed 6 months ago. 3 TVs, 3-burner propane stove, microwave/convection oven (cooks excellent!) Chassis batteries were replaced in June 2022. House batteries were replaced in summer 2021. 4 rear tires have a date code in late 2019 and we bought them new in 2020. The 2 front tires are dated 2018. All still have good tread. Generator had all belts replaced 6 months ago and has 1042 hours on it. Oil changed June 2023.
