I replaced the jackknife sofa with two recliners. Comes with tire pressure monitoring system and spare tire. I installed a black water rinse system. Has a 4,500 watt generator. All systems work great. It does not have a leveling system but has blocks that I made that have three increments to drive up on. Two of the tires are new and the others are 2018. It has been stored out of the sun for the two years we have owned it. The roof is in good shape and I recently cleaned and caulked the joints. It has clean title and no lien. We are only selling because the wife wants something bigger.
