My wife and I are retired. We own a 30' Airstream and thought it would be a good idea to purchase a smaller camper for local trips. As stated in the picture we bought it late last summer and never used it. We kept going to the Airstream. We thought this spring would be different, so I purchased a top of the line customer fitted cover from a company in California to protect it over the winter. A piece of property has become available adjacent to ours and we want to ready ourselves for the sale. In additon we just do not see ourselves using it. We have a dog and a cat and the Airstream is where we keep migrating to. This camper has never traveled any further then to our yard, straight from the dealer. Everything works, we tested the heater in the winter and it does heat the camper up quite effectively. This is very unique for us as we live obviously in MN. It has the solar kit, and the cab over TV and a rear awning. The Cirrus is a top of line model, there are very few options. The cover obviously will go with it and cost over $1000. It is from Calmark; search them. it will show my intent with the camper. I will post more photos in the spring if it is still available. The one photo has every possible dimension I think you might want. It has the FastGuns tie down system that is unmatched. I will also be selling it with FastGun truck assembly. I have a 2019 One Ton Chevy. If that is your truck, then you can avoid that cost. I do not know if they work on other makes, you would have to check. The structural warranty is transferrable and good for three years. In MN this style of camper does not require registration with the state. Not sure about your state, that bring you should not have to pay tax on this sale in your state if registration is not required as it is not considered new and through a private seller.
