The updated floor plan was a big selling point for us with this RV! We love the L shaped sofa as two adults can put their feet up and spread out comfortably on it. 4-5 people can also sit on it comfortably and it has a large queen sleeper pullout. The lighter tones and fireplace make the space feel cozy and like home. We also like the half wall separation between the living and dining areas. We removed the original bench seat because it was a slim piece of plywood with an unusable storage space. The new bench is longer, more comfortable and much better quality.

The kitchen has a suprising amount of storage and a large pantry (we added spice racks to the door and that creates a lot more storage space!). We love the fact that there is an outlet and a sturdy shelf in the pantry so you can save counter space and put your Keurig or toaster in there. We purchased a custom blind for the kitchen window, you would just need to install it. The bedroom has a good amount of storage as well. A big selling point for us with this unit was that the bed wasn't in the slide, which meant we still got great sleep when it was rainy or windy. Another big plus was the second AC in the bedroom- it helps a lot on sunny days or when the temps start to rise. There is also a ton of storage in the underbelly and you have heated tanks and storage.

The bathroom is a good size with a large shower. We LOVED the fact that this rig has a 12 gallon hot water heater. That's hard to find in a rig this size. We never ran out of hot water and didn't have to space showers out.

The rig is super clean on the inside and ready to go. Serious buyers only, there is a bit of negotiating room.
