This is a "Great RV", Adult use only, no children and non-smoking.This is an awesome 4-season, comfortable, luxury fifth wheel that has automatic leveling jacks, simple and easy to use. We added a upgraded King size bed that makes this a very comfortable RV.
Includes 66 gallon Fresh water capacity, 49 gallon Black and 2 gray water holding tanks with 88 gallon capacity. (2) 14 gallon propane tanks that equal 60 lbs of capacity and a 12 gallon hot water heater.
Body is constructed of aluminum with fiberglass sidewalls. There are 3 power slideouts with single button retraction, one in the bedroom and 2 in the living area. It includes a 26 foot awning that was only used a couple times, and has front and rear powered "self-leveling jacks".
The kitchen and living area has vinyl flooring, a kitchen table with 4 individual chairs. Propane stove and oven with 3 burners, oven size provids 9000 BTU's and is 22" deep. It also has an overhead fan above the burners, and an awesome full sized double door refrigerator which can be operated with either propane or electric.
There is a one full sized couch that converts into a bed, which has never been used and includes two stadium style electric recliners.
The bathroom has a porcelain toilet and nice sized stand up shower with a vanity.
It has nice aluminum wheels and electric drum brakes. The rear of the fifth wheel also has 2" receiver for towing another trailer.
It includes a 75 amp power converter, two 30,000 BTU air conditioning units for the hottest summers and a 35,000 BTU winter for the coldest winters, plus an electric fireplace. TV Antenna & Saltellite prewiring, plus washer/dryer prewiring.
There are two flat screen tvs and a Jensen stereo system with speakers throughout the inteior and exterior.
It also has solar panels mounted on the roof and wired for a generator.
