We purchased this camper in 2021 from a local RV dealer to live in as we built a new home. We are still amazed at how perfect this camper worked out for us. This is a well built unit. It has a bunkhouse floor plan with two bunks and a sofa bed in the back. Two heated/messaging recliners, Electric Fireplace, dining booth that converts to bed, and Kitchen Island in the middle. And queen bed in front. Bathroom is also in the middle between kitchen and master bedroom. It has a large shower and lots of storage in the bathroom. One reason we chose this camper is because it has a lot of counter space and cabinet storage. It also has a large 4 door refrigerator/freezer. The outdoor kitchen also has a mini fridge, cabinets, propane cook top, and sink. This unit also has the Arctic Package for cold temperatures. The under belly is fully inclosed and heated to keep water lines and tanks from freezing. This unit also has 3 electric slides, electric awning, electric leveling jacks, and electric tongue jack. It is also equipped with two 30# propane tanks. The water heater is 6 gal and can be propane or electric or both. It has two gray tanks that are both 40 gal. One black tank also 40 gal and one fresh water tank that is 54 gal. The only reason we are selling is we don't need it anymore. It has served us well. It is currently sitting in the same spot it has been since we bought it. This camper is in excellent condition and ready for your next camping trip.
