SALE PENDING - The floorplan and Jayco quality sold us. This RV will take you where you want to go in comfort. The slides are great, but the RV is fully functional with the slides in. It was just the two of us, but the bedding options easily accommodated our children's family of four. Unit has a large shower (30’x36”) and 8 cu. ft. refrigerator. Powerful Ford E450, 10 cylinder, 305 hp engine is good for towing or mountain driving. Documentation shows that unit was well maintained. Quality Cummins-Onan generator has less than 200 hours. RV was covered during winter storage, and the roof was sealed twice.

The many top of the line features make this rig totally livable for months at a time:
TV with DVD player in main living area and there's a second TV in bedroom.
HD antenna picks up local channels wherever you are and cable connection is wired.
We added a cell booster for those off the beaten path locations and a WiFi booster for weak signals.
Lots of interior storage, including large pantry space, and oversized wardrobe and drawer space in the bedroom.
The RV comes fully loaded with dishes, utensils, pots and pans and more.
In addition to the main queen bed, the sofa and dinette are convertible to full sized beds, and the over cab space (with privacy curtain) is larger than a queen. The over cab space also made for great storage when it was just the two of us.

This rig works great in both full hook-up campgrounds or off the grid. The water tank storage (47 gal fresh water, 41 gal gray tank, 30 gal back tank), powerful generator, and propane powered hot water (6-gal) and refrigerator allow for living with no hook-ups for many days (the RV is also equipped for solar panels, but we never added them).
The house battery has enough capacity, along with the inverter, to use lights and charge devices when the generator is not running. Other comforts include automatic leveling jacks, heated water tanks, and 16-foot awning to spread your living space outdoors. When connected to shore power, the hot water heater and refrigerator are electric. There are two AC units for your summer comfort.

There is ample outside storage, and this rig comes equipped with water and sewer hoses, water filters, leveling pads, outside rug, tables, and more. We are also including a Blue Ox tow bar (we towed a Jeep Wrangler) and an RVi brake system for a tow.
