This is a 2021 Coachmen Leprechaun 319MB Class C 32' 11" Motorhome.The engine is 6.8 liter v10 . It has 1250 miles on it and has never been on a trip. The rig is in almost new condition, mainly being used as an occasional weekend hang-out under the RV Carport.
Several of the amenities, including the shower, kitchen sink, and stove, have never been used. We bought it brand new but have yet to be in a position to get any actual use out of it. We owe 90,000 on it and that is what we are looking to sell it for to satisfy the loan. The sale will also include the 20x40 RV carport (if wanted, but it would need to be moved at the buyer's expense).
