Great condition and comfortable Sunseeker with only 10K miles. We are upgrading to another RV but if the family wasn't growing, we love our outdoor kitchen and the overall coziness and comfort of our Sunseeker and would not need to upgrade. Excellent condition, has 3 TV's, the appliances are in excelllent condition, no rips, tears or much wear. The AC really cools off the bedroom and camper well, the awning covers half the RV while the storage compartments are plenty.

There are 2 slideouts and the spaciousness makes for plenty of room for a small family and even the family pooch. The color scheme is modern and the sofa and kitchen seating is very comfortable as are the bucket seats for the driver and passenger in the front seat. We are the 2nd owner and the other owner drove 9500 miles and lives in our RV park and sold to us 2 years ago.

No water damage. The roof joints all were inspected this past fall 2022 and were resealed in a couple areas. The tires are all in great shape with little wear.

Add'l features include:
CD/Stereo/Generator/Furnace/Fans in Bedroom/Living Area and Bathroom/Backup Camera, Cruise/3 TV's, outside Refridgerator and sink, and portable grill. Plenty of cabinet space in the bedroom and ceiling height is sufficient for 6'4" and under throughout camper. Window shades are easy to pullup and down and windows are easy to open. Plenty of natural light during the day. Finally, the camper is easy to drive and maneuver and back up.
