We have decided to downsize and in doing so, we selling our dream camper. We have been meticulous about keeping our camper “move-in” ready. We are serious about keeping everything concerning the camper in safe, good working order.
We do a thorough internal cleaning every time we return home.
We flush the blank tank every time we empty the tank and we flush the black tank every time we return home.
Every spring and every fall we have done the following: Hand packed the wheel bearings
Greased the suspension
Rotated the tires
Checked the brakes
Treated the slide out seals
Lubed the racks for the hydraulic slide outs
Flushed the hot water tank Installed a new anode in the hot water tank
Winterized for the off season

We chose the Solitude 310GK because of the amount of storage, the large windows, and the ability to get into the bathroom and most of the refrigerator without have to put a slide out, and the one button auto leveling capability of the camper. In addition, we ordered the following options from the factory:
Dual pane windows
300 watt solar package 2000 watt whole house inverter Slide out awnings
Full body paint, platinum paint scheme (see photos) Winegard cellular and wifi booster with wifi

We have made the following investments in the camper: Four new tires. They have 5,000 miles on them.
Two full sized spares, the one that shipped with the camper and additional tire mounted on a steel wheel
New Furrion microwave/convection oven
RV Airflows installed in each AC unit
Upgraded shower head
Real stones in the fireplace
Full queen size 10” memory foam mattress
Custom wood cutting board that fits over the larger side of the kitchen sink.
Latchit touch pad door lock with two fobs. We have the original door lock if desired
Proven Industries 5th wheel hitch pin lock
Added a gate valve at the waste tank outlet

If anyone is interested, we’ll include a B&W 25K Companion 5th wheel hitch that fits a 2020 and newer GMC/Chevrolet pickup with the factory puck system.
We have the title for the coach in hand.
