2018 Forest River Rockwood 2280 with optional cassette toilet/shower. One owner, used a few times a year, including a couple winter camp trips. Plumbing system always winterized and camper always was stored in heated three car garage on home. This thing is an awesome family mover. Main mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work well, including: auto-lift system, interior plumbing (we used water, cassette toilet), electrical, LP heating system, lights, charging (AC and USB plugins). Tires and braking system all good. I just replaced the gas meter (they only last 5 years) this winter.

Heated mattresses for the queen and king beds. Refridgerator works well. Beds and pleather-type cushions all look new. Feaux wood floors are easy to clean. Wife and daughter liked the cassette toilet. There is also an exterior sprayer for hosing off near the camper. The camper also has four after market bike holders/racks mounted on the roof which work great for the full family adventure.

Only things that need a little help is the queen bed pulls out a little rough and the awning has a replacement pole that needs duct tape. We replaced the awning once that got damaged during a heavy storm and wind event, I think it was $250 but don't recall.
