Motivated sellers!

This rig has treated us very well and we're sorry to see it go, but recent life changes have left us unable to use it. It's in great condition mechanically, but the interior and exterior do show signs of normal wear. We are the original owners, ordered from the factory and delivered in May 2021. Kept in covered storage and used seasonally until April 2022. From April to December 2022, we lived and travelled full time in this Paradigm with three adults, two children, and two small dogs. We never had any major problems! Some trim pieces detached, some seals coming loose, but never anything we had to call a tech for. Please reach out with any questions.

• Dishwasher installed in kitchen (kept the drawers & hardware if you want to swtich back)


• Rear view and side marker cameras with wireless monitor for the truck (from visionworks, I think)

Other modifications / to-dos:

• A couple of trim pieces have fallen off. I can reattach, but haven't gotten to it yet. Will make sure to do before buyer takes delivery.


• One of the waste tank roof vents appears to have broken and I only noticed when I put it in storage. I have a replacement, just need to install it.


• We removed one of the sleeper sofas from the factory (three seater along back wall in living room). We still have the couch, but it is located in NC. If interested, we can arrange for a separate pickup or I might be open to sourcing a new couch for that spot if it's a dealbreaker.


• We removed the "mattress pad" from the loft and replaced with a standard toddler mattress.

Extras:

• We won't be replacing this with another RV in the near-future, so any camping gear is yours if you want it! Hoses, power cords, 50A Power Watchdog EMS, leveling blocks, sewer hoses and attachments, etc. Everything you need to get going.


• I have a Curt 5th wheel hitch that was installed in our 2020 Silverado 3500. Should fit Chevy/GMC pucks, not sure about Ford or RAM. Can be included in the sale if needed.
