Like new. Excellent condition. Lived in comfortably for 11 months with two children while we built our house. Full size kitchen fridge, 4 burner gas stove, island, dinette table and 4 chairs. Lots of cabinet storage. Living area has two recliners and queen size pull out sofa, entertainment system. Full size shower in bath. Master bedroom has built in dresser and large closet with washer dryer hookups as well as second entry / exit. Master bed has upgraded camper king plush Wilderness RV mattress (very comfortable) with extra storage under bed. TV hookup above dresser. Loft area has 2 twin Teddy Bear bunk mats. Loft also has three separate storage cabinets for kids personal belongings as well as TV hookup. Kept area rugs throughout so floors are clean and in excellent condition. No problems with RV.
