This is a nice motorhome with a fair amount of space. It’s size allows it into most National Parks and is manurable. Since we purchased, we have updated the maintenance and kept records of what was done. The following items have been added or replaced since we purchased: Safe T Plus installed, Sumo Springs on the front axles, Adjustable stabilizer bar linkage on the front axle, added a second stabilizer “sway” bar on the rear axle, added a trac bar on the rear axle, added an extra spring on each side of the rear axle, added Centramatic Balancers for wheel balancing, replaced the chassis ac compressor and dryer, replace the vinyl flooring with a more robust engineered flooring, replaced the awning material, replace both slide awning material, the digital TV antenna has been replaced, the radio antennas were replaced, it has a WiFi booster installed with router, the sofa has been replaced with a full queen fold out bed, there was a chair behind the passenger seat that was removed and storage was added, the 2 TVs were replaced, the DVD was changed to a Blue Ray DVD player, most of the interior lights have been upgraded to LED bulbs, re-sealed the front roof cap, re-sealed the roof to side wall connector, power cord was replaced, replaced some of the door seals, added a rock guard on the rear of the coach to protect a tow vehicle, added bug screens to the refrigerator and heater outside vents, added insulation in the front cap and storage bay doors, replaced both exhaust fan lids and installed covers over them, replace the bathroom fan with a higher capacity fan “MaxxFan”, Cleaned and coated the roof with the approved product from Dicor, did the 500 hour maintenance on the generator, all appliances are in good working order, replaced the hot water heater pressure relief valve, it does come with a complete spare tire, added LED head lights, refurbished the maroon graphics, front end alignment was done recently, the engine has been services very resent, the coach AC units has had a soft starter installed to reduce power surge, the motorhome is kept under a cover in the winter, it is winterized each year, the batteries are in good condition and we have not had any issues with them, there are various spare parts that go with the unit, contact us and we can discuss in further detail.Tow system not included!
