This is a great 5th wheel that my family of 5 and I lived in for a year when I was retiring from the military and waiting on our new home. We bought this used. We absolutely loved this camper and never got the time to renovate the camper with the colors we wanted. It has the winter package and did great for us in the winter. Plenty of room and we loved the porch on the back during nice days. Easy to pull with a good truck. Has a generator that works great and this is perfect for anyone with toys or needs a lot of space. I will sell everything with the camper (hoses, stabilizer and anything else I have underneath in the storage space. The stove and over were removed because the previous owner broke them. We used electric stove top and oven. I will give those to you also. It has 3 AC units and the 3rd one is not currently working in the back room. It's a communication error (I paid a company to fix it and they stiffed me). Minus that error, it works great. It has a washer and dryer that are old but they work. It didn't fit into the closet very well so we had to remove the door. Door is with the camper still. It has a full size tub and shower and water heater works perfect. Water tank is good to go and so is the black water tank. It's supposed to have two grey water tanks but the previous owner said it cracked and he just hard piped it without a tank (for the kitchen sink only). The other grey tank is good to go (for bathroom shower and sink). Tires will need to be replaced soon and the brakes do need to be replaced. I'm want to be upfront with you about the camper.
