The layout of this Cougar fifth wheel is one of the most popular bunk house models. We are offering this one is at a great price, ONLY $23,495. The rear of this RV has a great double over double bunk for the kids along with a wardrobe closet and a door to make it a private area for the kids or guests. The main living area has a large sofa and dinette slide out. Both the sofa and dinette convert to beds for additional sleeping. Across from the slide out is the entertainment center and kitchen. The entertainment center has a large TV with a stereo. There is also a lot of storage above and below the TV. Ahead of the entertainment center is the kitchen with a large double door refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, double sink and lots of counter and storage space. Moving forward in this RV is a side aisle staircase going up to bathroom with a large shower, commode, sink and vanity. The TV receives signal via an onboard roof mounted TV antenna. There is a touch screen control center for operating the slide outs, awning, lights and checking the tank levels.
On the outside there are rear power stabilizer jacks. The front landing legs are also powered and have quick drop snaps to make connecting quick and easy.
