We had this delivered direct from the factory after its build. This RV is essentially still brand new. I’ve attached a nada fair used value sheet. It has only been on the road for delivery to where I parked it. This thing is very large and liveable. Has Full Size residential refrigerator with ice maker, larger size stove/oven, the water tanks are heated for winter, it has full hydraulic leveling, it has Slide toppers on all 4 slide outs, & 2 awnings just to mention a few things. We’ve made some upgrades that make it even better than factory. There is a separate bedroom/office which has a full pull out couch and a single bunk. It will comfortably sleep 9. Recliners are replaced with full size recliners. The booth was removed and replaced with a cabinet for space and storage. Has a king in the master as well as a king pull out in living room. The shower is actually larger than the average house shower. It has a brand new washer and drier setup (which are much more efficient than what you might read online, we love them). So much more to mention. It really is a house on wheels. Come by and look as you really must see to appreciate.
