This toy hauler is in excellent condition. We bought it brand new back in April, and are selling due to wanting a driveable unit. It's georgous. Has a 13' garage with queen bunks and a half bath. Living area has a couch that folds into a sleeper, a loft with a twin size bed, stainless steel 17 cu ft. fridge, table with two chairs, large pantry with motion-sensing lighting. The master has a full bath, and king size bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. There are washer/dryer hookups both in the master bedroom and the garage. This is the unit with the side patio, which is one of its neatest features. It's so nice to be able to sit on the side patio in the mornings with your coffee! Three season doors in garage, with rear patio as well. Both patios come with stairs. This unit came stock with solar plus AND generator. Has dual 30-gallon fuel tanks. 12-volt package. It has flush floor slides, no carpet. Vents are tucked up under stairs and island in kitchen so no vents on the floor. Air compressor on board. Smoke-free and pet-free. We literally only used this about 5 times this season.
