Description

Custom conversion by Patavans in Colorado. I've owned it for 15 months and put 20K miles traveling in comfort (about 17mpg for that time). I'm upgrading to a 2022 transit van.
It's off the grid with Victron solar panels/power system. Cabin heat from the Webasto floor cabin heater, Fogatti water heater using vehicle's gasoline source, Everchill 3.3 cu ft fridge, Graystone range and cooktop running off propane.
It has four USB ports around the cabin and two 110 V outlets, as well.
Two ceiling fans with remotes, sliding windows on both sides. Soft touch drawer close. 30 gallon water tank. 10 gallon gray water tank under passenger side. Several nook and cranny storage places. Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Cabinet for microwave. Collaspable/removable tabel tops behind both passenger seats (both seats swivel around 180 degrees to face backward). Large storage from the rear under the bed. Rear outdoor shower with hot and cold. Thetford Porta Potti toilet
Butcher block counter tops.
I've never run out of power as the house batteries charge by solar and when the engine is running.
The sides of the van are extended out in the area where the bed is so a tall man (6'4" or so) has no issues sleeping.
There are two sets of dimmer switches controlling front and back of the cabin.
I have maintainence paperwork and manuals for all appliances and electronics. I have kept the van in top condition.
I love the van but am selling to upgrade to a new model and get an all-wheel drive vehicle.
I hope you are interested. It is a comfortable, attractive, well converted van.
