UPDATE (03/15/23): We sold the RV and the new owner will only accept $90,000 in cash for the 24F. I paid for the listing to be up for a year and it sold in three weeks. All interest will be forwarded.
It's a 2018 Thor motor coach four winds 24F Ford E350 with very low miles. It's been used as a mobile-office for the last few years on our farm, but no one has ever pooped in the bathroom or used the shower so the utilities are like new. The shower door needs a small repair it's been used as an extra storage closet. It has an 8000 pound tow hitch. all the systems work great and it has been winterized. The unit has automatic leveling jacks on the rear, but need to be fixed as they stopped operating last year, not sure why. I've adjusted the price to sell fairly. Everything internally is basically like new, I bought it off the showroom floor in 2020 and it's been very well cared for every single day since then. I am a Marine Corps Veteran and take nice care of my possessions. This RV is Great for tailgating or summer adventures or that ultimate retirement trip. It has three TVs and an electric awning. I had built it into an office and it performed beyond my expectations. Kitchen works great. All water systems work great, unit is empty and no water will be added until summer months as it has antifreeze in the tanks for cold months. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I'm not negotiating price, the price is fair. We will only be showing the RV to potential buyers. This is NOT a dealership, if you want to "just look" at the RV, then go to a local RV dealership and pay $135,000.00 for a new one. When I bought this unit from Edmundson RV I never got to see it or drive it or put water in it or test anything on it until I had signed the dotted line and paid for it. Same rule applies to you. If you want it, buy it. Otherwise, keep shopping for a deal and come spring the prices will skyrocket again. I'm not giving someone special treatment, you can buy it the same way we all did. I'm not taking any profit on this sale. It's priced to sell fairly. You'll be paying off the bank note and everything financial will be handled between you and the bank.
