This fifth wheel is in excellent condition. It has only traveled from the dealer to the RV resort where we keep it. Splendide Stackable washer and dryer, upgraded 60" Samsung smart TV and a 1 yr. old temperpedic king size mattress with mattress cover. It also has automatic leveling jacks, is wired and set up for both on board generator and solar panels and has tons of storage space. It has a heated under belly and is a four seasons trailer.
