This is a beautiful, well taken care of luxury 5th wheel. We purchased this RV new in October of 2014. It has a king sized bed, TV, large closet and lots of storage in the bedroom. Tons of storage in the hall closet which has a new combo washer/dryer that we never had the chance to use.
The kitchen also has a lot of storage with pullout drawers in the pantry. Residential size refrigerator which is new after the original one went out. There are a few scratches from getting that monster in there. lol The table extends for a leaf and the chairs open for storage. There are extra chairs that fold kept under the bed. The sofa is very comfortable and has a sofa bed in it. Two nice recliners, but please note they have some wear on them at the head rest and arms. There is a desk with a TV above and storage for DVD player, etc. A nice electric fireplace underneath that is great for taking the chill out in the morning. You can also have it on with no heat output. I have a brand new camera system for backing up that is still in the box and I will include it. Plenty of storage underneath. Three things to note: 1) I'm not sure if the bedroom A/C is working properly. It blows out air, but I'm not sure if it is cold air. 2) I think it needs a new water pump. 3) If it were me, I would get new tires just to be safe as they haven't been replaced in some time. I have priced the RV lower to make adjustments for those things.
This has been a great RV and I have many wonderful memories in it. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we have.
