Description

2021 Grand Design Reflection 31MB fifth wheel rv, original owner. Bought in June 2020 and have used it a lot for our family over the past few years. We are a military family but will be retiring from the Army and with that major life transition and the unknown in front of us we have made the decision to sell. This RV has met our family of four needs perfectly and we have made some amazing memories from our trips. Current mileage that we have put on it is 7,330 and we have somewhere over 80 nights worth of trips. Will provide delivery service within 7 hours of zip 66027.
Meticulous care has been given to keep rv in top shape with yearly preventive service performed by local authorized GD service. Queen bed in the front with bunk bedroom for kids and a large open main area that has amazing views out large windows that are well laid out. The kitchen has everything you need and is laid out well. The auto-level system is easy to operate and ensures that the RV is level. The outside storage area has a mini-fridge to hold food/drinks for the outdoor living experience. Tons of storage inside and out with almost 2,100 lbs of payload. RV has two A/C units to provide plenty of cool air during summer months and both run at the same time on the 50-amp service without any issue. This unit has the Artic 4-Season Protection package as well which provides insulation and a 35K BTU furnace. Unit has the Nautilus Universal Docking Station for all connections at the same place. This feature also enables extremely easy winterization/sanitization processes in under 10 minutes. The entertainment center includes a 40” flat tv on a swivel mount facing a three seat 78” recliner sofa and the U-shaped dinnete. The fireplace below the TV provides light and additional heat. The propane furnace sends heat throughout the RV via underbelly ducting which keeps not only the living area warm but the inner working and water pipes warm. The hot water heater is 6 gallons and is electrical or gas powered so you do not have to use propane when connected to 50amp service. The tanks are large, providing plenty of fresh water storage and black/grey holding as well as have heaters on them so they do not freeze. Lots of extras will come with this that you would normally have to buy. Additions I have had installed are a black tank shut gate valve and a in-line surge protector. The RV is prepped for solar panel install.
