2006 Gulf Stream Conquest Limited for sale. We did some renovations on this including reupholstering much of the furniture, painting, replacing faucets, installing LED lights, new Queen mattress, and other upgrades. The slide awning was replaced summer 2022. This is a great RV for someone who ejoys customizing and renovating.

We have kept up all maintenance including regular oil changes, generator servicing, and brake inspections. Can provide all service records.

The Positives:
- Excellent mechanical condition with very low mileage
- Roof resealed in last three years
- Central AC good for cooling entire house unit
- New blinds
- Upgraded TV
- Convection microwave
- Large slide with new awning

The Negatives:
- Cosmetic damage to rear panel
- Missing indicator light on each side
- Normal wear and tear for an RV this age
- Some miscellaneous minor damage points that I just haven't gotten around to repairing yet
