This has been an absolutely fantastic RV with no issues. Only used 7 times and all within 2 hours of our house. We purchased it new with many upgrades which includes *Upgraded Suspension, *Rear Camera with 7" screen, *Second AC (2 total), *On Demand Hot Water, *Tire Pressure Monitoring, *Push Button leveling system, *two porcelain toilets, *Outdoor Kitchen with larger fridge and two burner stove plus gas connector for an additional gas grill, and *Ceramic Coat applied to the exterior. Two fully functioning awnings that go out 13'. We are selling the RV Turn Key! Everything you need to go camping is included like 50'/50amp cable with all of the adapters including the surge protector, potable water hose with pressure regulator and two filters, two septic hoses with all attachments including a 20' Sidewinder. I will deliver it within 300 miles of Fredericksburg Virginia at no charge and will also spend a day with you going over every aspect of the RV so you are comfortable using it. This is 30k less than what our local dealer is charging for this exact camper!
