Very well maintained camper looking for a new home. There are two bedrooms, a large kitchen and many premium amentities. There 2 HVAC units and an electric fireplace. The 50" TV slides up from behind the fireplace. There are two gray water tanks, one for the bathroom sink and shower and one for the kitchen sink and outdoor kitchen sink.

This camper levels itself electronically. Once leveled, four stabilizers deploy. That is all with the push of one button. When you arrive at the site, you'll raise the jack off your truck. When you leave the site, a single push of a button will take down the stabilizer jacks and leveling jacks and raise the winch to the level it was when you unhooked.

There are blackout blinds on all of the windows and valiances. The stairs are fold out stairs like you'd find on a fifth wheel. Large 12 volt refridgerator inside, minifridge outside in the outdoor kitchen. The camper is prepped for LTE wifi as well. Built in ladder allows access to the roof on the road. There are front LED lights. This camper has all LED lights inside and can run for a long period of time off the battery. The slides, leveling jacks, and winch all work off the battery as well.

Unique upgrades:
Digital entry lock allows you to enter the key code rather than carrying a key. The bathroom has extra cabinetry. Options from the factory in here are the theatre seating (the bunk room has a pull out couch) and the rear exterior luggage tray. I have a brand new in the box $600 full cover for it that will come with the purchase of this camper. There is a cover for the automatic level/winch control box as well. There are two roof pop up ventalation windows and both have had the helmets installed so you can have fresh air while you travel and even when it rains.

Unlike purchasing a camper from a dealership, our camper is going to come with thousands of dollars in extras. Outdoor carpet, pots/pans, the sewer lines and stilts, hoses, and the $1500 dollar hitch that is a required purchase you don't find out about until you are at financing when you buy at the dealership. There are also three TVs already installed and included with it. The roof has been sealed for the year already.
