UPDATE 3.10.23 - SOLD! This is a 2017 Forest River Heritage Glen 27BH travel trailer in great condition. My family and I bought it from prior owner who bought it new and we've owned it one year to the date. We had it out 4 times during the 2022 season across Ohio. This travel trailer can sleep up to 10 and has plenty of room. What we love about the floor plan is that there are pocket doors to close off the master bed, 2 large bunks for the kids (we have two tall teenagers) and the dinette and couch both turn into beds as well. The bathroom has a separate door to the outside so people don't track dirt and mud through the trailer when they need to use the bathroom. There is a single slide and the floor plan is still usable when the slide is fully in. A lot of campers don't allow access to the rear or the fridge with the slide in. This one does. It is convenient for roadside stops or staying over at a rest area on a long trip. Dry weight is approximately 6500 lbs. I pull this camper with my 2014 Ford F150 pickup and it did great for a first time camper owner. There are lots of extras and upgrades: 1. Brand new Carlisle tires in the summer of 2021. Less than 500 miles on these. 2. New batteries in fall of 2022. 3. Battery cut off switch to stop parasitic losses when not in use and to extend overall battery life. 4. RV AC silencer (if you've ever tried to watch TV in a camper when the stock ceiling AC kicks on you know how loud they can be - the AC silencer makes a night and day difference!) 5. Full trailer cover, tire covers, and power jack covers (we keep the tires covered when not in use to extend tire life and we kept the camper inside during winter). 6. Power lift tongue jack and power stabilizers (no need to hand crank during setup!) 7. Residential stainless steel refrigerator. 8. Load leveling anti-sway hitch. 9. LED lighting. 10. Brand new auxiliary waste disposal tote. 11. Replaced the heating element in hot water tank.
