We are the second owners and it has been very well maintained and is under a shelter when not in use. Ford 6.8L V10 with only 22k miles. Never lived in and only used for long weekend outings. Has a lot of nice comfort upgrades including 2 a/c units(this size RV usually just has one) over $3k spent on rear stabilizer bars and safety steer system (huge difference in handling), loveseat has been replaced with 2 lazy boy recliners and all upholstery has been recovered under warranty and is in excellent condition.
