This coach is in great condition and road ready. Leather seating for driver and passenger. Sofa sleeper behind driver side with new theater two seater opposite. Theater seating is also a recliner with heating and massaging option.
Flooring is tile and carpet, both in great condition. Cabinetry is oak and also great condition. Storage above seating area as well as cooking area. Good storage inside and outside of coach. Four door refrigerator. Bathroom area has two sink areas , one located beside shower and the other is located in water closet (toilet area). Good storage in both areas for toiletries and towels and washcloths. Bedroom area has storage under bed as well as above bed and around room. Sliding doors in bedroom closet. Washer/dryer (great condition) combo located in bedroom area. Tv in bedroom.
New tires all around in 2021 and serviced right before we purchased this coach in late 2021. Tires have covers for when it is parked, covers for mirrors and wipers in front. Leveling jacks, towing system. Two roof air conditioners, one brand new ,replaced in 2022.
This coach is in great condition, no pets or smoking. We have had this coach for a year. We are selling because we have bought into a retirement community. This coach is currently parked in Florida at a RV Resort.
