Very well maintained fifth wheel! It is 37ft in length. This has all the comforts of home and is great for any adventure or full time living. We have owned this since it was 3 years old and it has been the best camper for us. We are selling due to having a new grandchild and settling down close to them.  The awning has wind damage and the canopy will need to be replaced, but all of the electronics with the awning work great.
