Located on north side of Heber Springs Lake (Tannenbaum peninsula). Unit purchased new in 2009 (unused / new 2007 model). Never been towed / traveled. Had delivered to lake house property to be used as overflow accommodations for sleep only. Kitchen and bathroom appliances have never been used. Wheels and tires removed and stored in garage in bags (like new). Unit has been covered when not used and has been used less than a dozen times since we bought it.
