Like new. Only used for one 3 week trip to date. No smoking or pets of any kind. Murphy bed never used to date; large recliners make great beds which were used as such during the trip. Motorhome is very easy to drive and was very comfortable to live in for the 3 weeks. Purchased new with MSRP of $191,378 at the time. Lowering price as I would like to sell before winter. Most of the miles are to/from Tiffin and dealer miles. Motorhome is better than new per Tiffin - all warranty issues found were corrected directly by Tiffin In Winfield, Alabama.
