We bought this in 2021 and have only used it 3 times. It's in excellent condition. The only thing wrong with it is a very small dent in the front of the refrigerator. A great little all season camper. Decorations not included but some of the small appliances and accessories I will throw in if you want them. We are living full time in our 41' RV so we no longer need them.
