Has some typical wear, as it's not new. Low mileage as this unit has not traveled much has been parked and full time lived. The unit is in great shape no damages or leaks. I have mad some Slight modifications, one is a roof access for signal booster wire access. I have also mounted a Starlink to the roof and can sell with the unit if you want it ( Starlink will sell for MSRP). The unit will include propane bottles 2 60lb and 1 100lb along with propane connections. The unit is also equipped with Splendide stacked washer and dryer. Everything on the unit works Great. We have converted the fifth wheel to a goosebox set up for goosneck connection.
