Very clean. Very comfortable. 4 seat couch in living - all recliners. Lots of seating. Large kitchen for a toy hauler. Residential 4 panel fridge. King size w/ new mattress. Full bath by master and 1/2 bath in garage area. Garage area has loft area and patio setup with glass 3 season wall & rear awning and patio stairs. Outdoor kitchen. All 3 a/c units have been replaced within the past 8 months. I've included pictures and the specs.
