New MaxxFan with rain cover in rear/ bunk room. New upgraded/ larger tires and wheels: Goodyear Endurance ST235/80R16 with new 16" Aluminum wheels. (2021, 5320 miles) New Brakes and New Bearings 2021. 3" lift added to suspension for higher ground clearance. Upgraded LED exterior marker lights. Furrion Vision S Wireless Backup Camera installed, includes 7" display. New Batteries 9/2022 Please understand that this is a used Airstream. It is in very good working condition but it is not new, there are some dings and scratches. There are some minor cosmetic issues on the interior, missing screws, crooked outlets, etc. The awning works well. Even though we live in Southwest Florida, this camper was unaffected by recent hurricane Ian. It was stored in a carport and we were far enough away from the storm that wind wasn't too bad and there was no flooding on our property. One system that is not currently functioning well are the tank sensors: fresh water, gray tank, and black tank levels. We've managed fine without them. We have four children, including 2 tall teenage boys, and we have loved using this Airstream. It's very comfortable and surprisingly space efficient. That said, we are moving up to a camper with a little more floor space inside, we'll be sad to see this one go. Includes Power cable and four tire covers.
