I had bought this unit a year and a half ago for a business, but because I live in NY I need a smaller RV for my needs. I had the unit inspected twice. There were no leaks or soft spots originally and I have proof, but due to bringing it to Camping World in New Jersey to do many upgrades they messed up my window and now there is some water damage on the passenger side. The roof is in excellent condition, and I upgraded a lot of things inside that I have the receipts for. I had taken out the dinette and couch to remove the carpet and do some other renovations until I realized I need something a little smaller. The bathroom needs to be cleaned because I had Camping World put in a new vent and they made a complete mess. Everything in the RV is functional except that it needs a new TV. Please look through the photos!!!! There is small damage on the outside, but it does not effect the use of the RV. I am currently trying to check the engine because it doesn't pick up when driving right away. I put brand new tires, 2 new AC units with new thermostats, etc. I am selling the unit as is and I'm looking to sell it asap so I can try and start my business soon.
