Excellent condition. Very well taken care of. Yearly inspections done at Stoltzfus. Adults only. Non smoker. First & only owners. Have title for it. Modified by removing the dinette & put in sofa in it's place. Much roomier & the sofa much more comfortable as an extra sleeping space. We can easily put the dinette back in (we saved everything). Very minor cosmetic issues that only the owner would notice (will send pictures. it's the brown wood framing of the living room slideout). only cosmetic issue on outside is dent in the front storage door. upgraded steps. upgraded stabilizer bars included. tires new from 2021. have only done travel within 2 1/2 hours. Hitch for sale as well. We LOVE this 5th wheel & the bunkhouse great for adults or kids. We bought a motor home and that is the only reason we are selling this.
