2020 DRV Mobile Suites 38KSSB. Less than 100 miles and used only at one location in Lebanon, Oregon (Mallard Creek Golf & RV Resort) and stored in a covered storage unit. This unit was used as a temproary summer home while we were looking at property.

Why are we selling?
We purchased this 5th wheel new in July 2020 to use as our summer home (away from the heat in Palm Springs). After 3 summers (2020, 2021 and 2022) we bought a home in Oregon and no longer need this 5th wheel.
Why are the miles so low? We do not have a truck so this unit was store at Cheadle Lake Storge and moved about 6 miles to and from Chealde Lake to Mallard Creek RV & Golf Resort. We have only used this unit for 36 week total (8 weeks in 2020; 12 weeks in 2021 and 16 weeeks in 2022). It's in pristine condition and has lot os extras:

• Dish Satellite
• Side by side washer/dryer
• Tempur-Pedic like foam colling king mattresses
  Sleeps 4: 1 sofa bed(s) and 1 King bed
