Description

Scandinavian-style, bright interior completely renovated into a "COVID-19 Office" Fall 2020 with white and black shiplap and solid maple accents. Work was done by a professional carpenter. Superior maple LVP floors make for easy cleaning and are exceptionally durable. The floor was the best LVP available at the time and was special ordered to match the solid maple kitchen and bathroom counters. The main slide out has been converted into an open living area that holds an Amish-built loveseat to watch movies and TV. The dining area is open with a quality, black folding table with benches that sits four adults and is stored behind the sofa when not in use. Smart TV is installed. The island was improved with a farmhouse-style stainless steel sink and faucet with black shiplap siding. The bunk room and master room have doors for privacy as well as solid maple accent trim. The shower was improved with a glass sliding door, new shower head, new sink, and maple counters to match the kitchen. Outdoor kitchen with stove, fridge, and microwave are in good order. All utilities are in good condition, except the propane gauge no longer works. New gauge costs between $50-100, but it has not been a major nuisance since each 30 Gallon cylinder can be checked individually or turned off when empty for refill. Replaced all tires, and packed the wheel bearings in March 2022. Put approximately 1,600 miles on the trailer since replacing tires and packing wheel bearings. Installed new front trailer jack March 2022, but light switch no longer toggles -- probably due to over-retraction. New solera slide toppers installed March 2022 on the main slide and bunk room slide. Resealed and painted the trailer frame Summer 2021 to prevent corrosion. Comes with adjustable height towing hitch and stabilizer bars. Can provide instruction on proper use of stabilizer bars for proper towing. Recommend 3/4-ton truck or larger, but some newer 1/2-ton trucks may be powerful and heavy enough to tow safely.

Our story: After about a year of COVID craziness, our family of five decided to rent our 4-bedroom house in the suburbs and move into a tiny home. We did it! We lived in this travel trailer for two months before we learned we were expecting our fourth child. We then hustled to find a new home and put "Trailer Swift" into storage/maintenance. Once we were settled, we got to take this trailer all the way to Calais, ME and back on a much-needed adventure. She's a great rig ready for a new home.
