1996 Lance Squire 5000. It's about 9' 10". It fits perfectly into this truck - It requires a long bed truck. The dry weight is a little more than 2,500 lbs.

It has a propane heater, fridge, and hot water heater. The hot water heater is new as of 2021. The propane heater works good. I lived in it for a year in Southern Oregon and it kept me warm just fine all year round. She has a solar panel on top as well, and four electric jacks! It was the perfect little home for me, and I know it will make a great addition to another family for camping and hunting trips! It has room for a queen mattress up top, or you can do what I did, and add a short twin, giving you tons of room in the cab over. The dinette converts to a bed. Otherwise, it's in great shape for it's age! You will need your own tie downs.
