This 5th wheel is perfect for living in any climate. Very comfortable King sized bed, has a great outdoor kitchen and shower for washing kids and dogs. Auto leveling, really whisper quite air, and cameras all around for traveling. Living area has a comfy queen sized easy pull out sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably, there is also a 2 recliner theater seating loveseat with massage, cup holders and center console to hold remotes and odds and ends. There is also windows surrounding this area so as you sit inside you have a nice full view. A nice color changing fireplace that also provides supplemental heat and the heat can be turned off so you just have the glow of a fire. There is a huge residential fridge (new), full pantry, under sink island storage as well as china cabinet storage. The stove is big enough to cook in, nice sized microwave. Has an automatic fan in kitchen that opens and starts with a push of a button. There is ample storage around TV and above sofa in living area as well. In kitchen seated eating for 6 with 4 (maybe 5) around table and 2 at the bar area. King sized bedroom with space to move around bed easily and feet do not hang off the bottom. There are big closets as well as a space for washer and dryer. Bathroom with large shower with small tub basin to wash littles in. Bathroom has an exhaust fan as well. We put a nice sized medicine cabinet in here for storage above sink. Great LED lighting and surround sound inside and out. Wired for solar as well. There is great under storage that opens up on both sides to a huge pass through area. Nice big awning. Literally checked all the boxes for me when I was camper shopping. Only selling because hubby bought a motorhome and we don't want to manage 2. The outdoor kitchen area has a fridge, sink with running water, power outlet, cabinets and a nice area to prep food or put in a microwave or coffee maker.
