The Villa as we like to call it, is one of the most comfortable, spacious units on the market. It's is a four season, 39 ft unit with many high end features including a fireplace, two tvs, a residential size refrigerator, a convection/microwave oven and a gas oven. It has a king size bed and a queen fold out couch, even a 2nd bathroom for guests. There is a full size master bath with double sinks and room for a washer/dryer. So much cabinet and storage space, we couldn't even fill it.
We bought it new, used for about 8 months while we renovated and sold one home, and purchased another. It still looks and smells brand new.
PLEASE NOTE: The 2019 avoided the suspension issues and was manufactured by Tiffen/Vanleigh before the brand was sold to Thor. This is one of the higher quality brands of 5th wheels on the market. I did a lot of research before buying.
Perfect for extended trips or full time RVing. Really comfortable to live in If you have purchased a piece of land and are waiting to build, or want a weekend retreat. If you want to be a snowbird, drive it south to escape wintry storms. Alternatively, offer it as a full-time rental in a local RV park for employees of local businesses who need housing in your area. Truly a win-win situation as they get a lovely, comfortable home to live in and you get monthly rental income.
There is an extended transferable warranty with approximately 3 years remaining. You can't miss with beautiful unit!
