Tires are 2020 with low miles on them, Oasis serviced, just went in for a full go through-oil change, generator oil changed, fuel filter, coolant filter, air filter, freon added and diagnostics ran! All new house and chassis batteries. Tyron bands added to front tires, shes a Solid coach! She does have some slight wear on passenger bottom seat, some slight paint chips on front end from travel but does have a 3m protective film, antenna not in working order and a small chip in front windshield that was repaired by Safelite normal wear and tear stuff from travel.
