This 40 foot RV only has 74,000 miles on it and we purchased it from the original owners who paid $260,000 for it in 1999. 
This is a pre EGR 8.3L Cummins Diesel engine and an Allison transmission. We updated the interior, it was already white colored cabinets and we added the black hardware. 
I also removed the carpet and replaced it with luxury vinyl plank. The exterior is beautiful full body paint job but you will see signs of the clear coat starting to have issues in a few places. 
The tires are brand new, and so is the starting battery and house batteries. 
The only reason I am selling is my wife passed away and I am downsizing to a smaller camper for myself.
