We bought this 2022 3150 in April of this year. We haven’t moved it from the spot we parked it since we brought it home. We own a campground and we had a few people ask to rent out campers because they wanted the experience of camping but didn’t want to buy one. We did rent it out this summer a few times but we have never moved it and used it ourselves - which we thought we would when we got it. Truth is we do not have time. We also have cabins and we prefer to rent out cabins because they are easier to maintain. So we made the decision to sell this RV and buy another cabin. It has 2 solar panels, 2 AC units, and we will include the $2500 worth of extra supplies we spent at Bob Hurley RV shop - surge protector, sewer hoses, water hoses, water pressure regulator, leveling kit, sewer supplies, etc. I’ll also include the rugs and the two sets of Beddy’s bedding for the king size bed. Each set was $350 apiece but it makes it really nice and keeps bedding from falling on the floor. And the 5 inch memory foam topper on the king size bed. All beds have been covered with encasement covers at all times and I will include those, also. The cots in the bunk house have 2 sets each of sheet covers, also. I think that’s everything. $46,000
